'Fan Friday' was not very Fan Friendly, thanks to a day filled, on and off, with torrential rains. Heavy downpours early in the day pushed the entire schedule ahead, and shortened each session across the board by a few minutes. The inclement forecast also hampered the walk up on what usually is a bustling day during the Honda Indy Weekend. Still a small but mighty crowd stuck it out for most of the day to take in the wall to wall track action, which has the entire Road to Indy line-up, GT3, Canadian Touring Cars, Super Trucks, and of course, the big show on Sunday, round 10 of the Verizon IndyCar season.
