IndyCar: Wilson struck by debris in Pocono crash
Andretti Autosport's Justin Wilson was struck by a flying piece of debris that came off of Sage Karam's Ganassi Racing Chevy when Karam struck the wall exiting Turn 1 on lap 180 of the 200-lap ABC Supply 500 at Pocono Raceway. Karam, who appeared somewhat dazed from the crash, eventually climbed from his car, but Wilson, who was attempting to avoid the debris coming off of Karam's car, was shown on TV to be hit in the helmet by a piece painted bodywork from the No. 8 Ganassi car. Wilson's No. 25 Honda then veered to the left and hit the inside wall where Wilson sat stationary.
