Wilson funeral takes place in England
– The funeral of Justin Wilson has taken place in the village of Paulerspury in England, with leading figures from the world of motorsport in attendance.Wilson sustained a severe head injury when he was struck by debris during the penultimate race of the IndyCar season at Pocono and he died in hospital the following day.Wilson's widow, Julia, read a poem during the service, while the eulogy was given by Jonathan Palmer, after which a wake was held at Silverstone.A memorial service for Wilson is set to be held in Indianapolis later in September.
