INDYCAR: Grace Autosport continues preparation for 2016 debut
Grace Autosport owner Beth Paretta (third from left, ABOVE) has exactly seven months to go before her new team makes its debut at the 100th Indy 500, and if her most recent plans come to fruition, the program could actually launch earlier than expected. The former auto industry executive made headlines prior to this year's 500 when she unveiled Grace Autosport, driver Katherine Legge, and the intention to staff the team with female crew members in key technical and managerial positions. Partnering with an existing IndyCar team has always been part of Paretta's strategy for 2016 and, as more women have expressed an interest to join the program, she says the need to build team chemistry...
