Chevrolet has expressed its disappointment that rival Honda has been granted concessions to make performance-based changes to its aero kit for the 2016 IndyCar season. IndyCar confirmed earlier today that Honda will be able to make changes to the short oval and road/street course specifications of its kit, however its superspeedway kit will remain unchanged.
