INDYCAR: MA Governor Baker speaks on Boston Grand Prix developments
Members of Grand Prix Boston met with Massachusetts state agencies this week to continue planning for the Verizon IndyCar Series event set to debut on the streets of Boston in 2016. Along with the event's promoters, those responsible for issuing the permits and approvals that would allow the 2.5-mile Boston Waterfront street course to be utilized during the Sept. 2-4 event were in attendance. The group meeting was likely held in response to a recent email sent from the office of Boston Mayor Martin Walsh.
