INDYCAR: Nobody had strong 2015 season, says Dixon
Nobody had a particularly strong IndyCar Series season in 2015, reckons champion Scott Dixon. The Target Chip Ganassi Racing driver denied Juan Pablo Montoya the championship in a six-way fight at the Sonoma finale. Dixon's tally of three wins was the most of any of the nine drivers to achieve victories in 2015. Montoya led the championship from the opener to the decider but scored only one podium finish in the final 10 rounds of the season, while Dixon spent most of the year in the top four before his Sonoma win allowed him to snatch the crown.
