Hildebrand will replace Josef Newgarden at Ed Carpenter Racing until the latter recovers from the injuries he sustained during a high-speed crash at the Texas Motor Speedway.Newgarden sustained a broken right clavicle and a small fracture on his right hand after he was involved in a collision with Conor Daly during last weekend's Firestone 600, prior to the race's postponement.Hildebrand has not raced full-time in the championship since 2012 but has competed at the Indianapolis 500 with Ed Carpenter Racing across the last three years, recording a top 10 finish on each occasion."He's fast, so you know Josef Newgarden will work on a speedy recovery," the outfit posted...
