Rosenqvist takes pole at Toronto
Felix Rosenqvist marked his return to Indy Lights competition by dominating qualifying in Toronto. The Belardi Auto Racing star, who missed the last two races while in Europe, lapped the 1.758-mile course in 66.0106sec, an average of 97.403mph, eclipsing yesterday’s pacesetter Felix Serralles of Carlin Racing by 0.46sec. Their respective teammates Zach Veach and championship leader Ed Jones will line up fourth and fifth, with Santiago Urrutia of Schmidt Peterson Motorsport in third. Urrutia’s ever-improving teammate Andre Negrao was sixth fastest, with the first of Juncos Racing’s team, Kyle Kaiser, in sixth.
