INDYCAR: Dixon wins as Power's title hopes dim
Scott Dixon was in a stratosphere all his own this weekend, sweeping every practice and adding an exclamation point with his fourth win in seven races at Watkins Glen . But Will Power's championship hopes might have fallen back to Earth after contact with Charlie Kimball sent him crashing hard into the barrier on lap 39, ending his day and possibly his title hopes. Power, who had closed the championship gap to points leader Simon Pagenaud to 28 points by streaking to four wins in the past seven races, came out of the esses followed by a hard-charging Charlie Kimball.
