Forced to start last after a qualifying incident, St. Petersburg resident Sebastien Bourdais put an emphatic xclamation point on an offseason of change at Dale Coyne Racing by picking up his 36th career Verizon IndyCar Series win with a 10-second victory in the series opener. “Boys, I can’t thank you enough,” an emotional Bourdais said on the radio after taking the checkered flag. “Dale, I’ll be forever in debt to you, man.
