Rain delays Texas IndyCar practice
Practice for the Rainguard 600 at Texas Motor Speedway has been put on hold while local storms pass through the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. Free practice 1, which was scheduled to start at 10 a.m. CT and run for 75 minutes, will commence once the track dries. Qualifying for Saturday night's 248-lap event is scheduled for 2:15-3:15 p.m. this afternoon, and final practice is set for 5:45-6:15 p.m. RACER will provide updates if there are any changes to the schedule after FP1 begins. Time to dry this sucker! We'll give everyone an updated schedule when we have one. #IndyCar pic.twitter.com/uxZfm5CvHO
