IndyCar moves up Barber race time
Today's Honda Grand Prix of Alabama at Barber Motorsports Park has been moved up a half hour to try and beat the heavy rains forecast for late afternoon in Birmingham. IndyCar and NBCSN officials announced the race will go green at 3:08 ET instead of 3:40 p.m. The Indy Lights race was moved up an hour and will be run this morning at 10:45 local time.
