Will Power hopes that this year's return to Phoenix will be a step toward reviving more of IndyCar's lost venues. The race in April will be IndyCar's first at the one-mile oval since 2005. Power was one of several drivers to participate in a Chevrolet manufacturer test at the track on Monday, and said that he expects it to be popular addition to the 2016 calendar.
