Saturday afternoon testing at Phoenix International Raceway ended with Simon Pagenaud putting Team Penske on top as five cars hit average speeds above 190mph. Pagenaud lapped the 1.022-mile tri-oval at 190.747mph, just 0.0033mph faster than Ed Carpenter Racing duo, Josef Newgarden and Ed Carpenter, heading up a session dominated by Chevrolet-powered cars.
