Roger Penske says IndyCar needs to focus on the North American market if it is to re-establish consistency and hold its value with team and series sponsors. Despite regular rumors of races outside North America including non-championship events, Penske believes the bigger priority for the Verizon IndyCar Series is to establish itself in this continent.
